Completed and signed electronic visa application in English. Minors’ applications must be signed by a parent or legal guardian; minor must have separate visa attached to their passport, or visa of parent/guardian.
Color copy of passport page with personal data, high-resolution.
Passport valid for at least six months from date of entry, with minimum two blank pages.
For minors traveling alone or with one parent, additional documents: birth certificate, notarized written consent from absent parent(s); if guardian is sole, documents proving such (birth certificate, court decision, death certificate, etc.).

E‑visa valid only for dates on visa. Overstaying risks fines (₼300–400 or USD 380–500) and/or 5‑year entry ban.

Foreign guests staying >15 days must register with State Migration Service within 15 days using form, passport and visa copy—can be via hotel or individually for private accommodation. Registration is free but unregistered guests face ₼300–400 fines. Fraudulent info may lead to visa refusal or deportation.
By signing the visa order, the tourist confirms awareness of legal consequences of false/incomplete information.
